We cannot give precise delivery times as it is dependent on the variable loads that couriers have and sometimes weather interruptions can also hamper deliveries. We ship online orders nationwide, these are either shipped with a selected
courier or fragile freight carrier depending on the size and weight of the item.

receipt as long as it is in its original condition. We will process your exchange or

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days receiving and processing your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Price and Payment
